Monsters, and the Sea

Similar to a fear of heights, thalasophobia is the fear of “Big Water”.  I am fascinated by the things hidden by the depths, and always felt that the ocean itself was a type of sea monster.  Inspired by the Odyssey, Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner, Moby Dick, the ocean is a monolithic muse in my work.
