I am an artist living in Eugene Oregon. I generally show my works in Oregon and California and I work in all mediums. I am most prolific in painting, drawing and digital works.
Compulsion of recycle: I have a tendency to see potential in discarded things.. I have old furniture I’ve restored in my home and overflowing.. old canvasses ready to rest retch and a wood pile that is waiting to become shelves,. carvings and firewood. I am now in the work flow of creating with this inventory and setting it out into the world.
Existing works: Beginning in 2023 my focus was “storybook” themed works. Spanning Moby Dick, Winnie the Pooh, Turtle and the Hare, Alice in Wonderland. These were generally worked in Graphite, Digital, Acrylic and found object. This show is toured, usually featuring a primary story by request from venues.
Currently (2025) I am creating works based on the collection of Major Arcana, found object sculpture, and graphite drawings.
